How do i add birthday notifications to the calender.

I think it is in the address book for your contacts. This is where it is in 2003 anyway.

btw your are using microsoft outlook or windows default?

Anyways in outlook 2003 -select Calendar then choose date another window open Now set reminder to accord.

it has the option of new appointment, all day request, meeting, recurring appointment, recurring event, recurring all day request.

for birthdays, I use a recurring all day appointment with the time set as free rather than busy, and a reminder 3 days in advance

choose the option next to general -> details
And you can add there!
