> W910i Multiple Faults

Hi All,
Girlfriend got me the phone for Xmas,Fantastic looking peice of kit but thats about it.Faults so far are Track ID not working,shuffle not working,intermitent blank screen,battery life was ok but now down to 3 hrs max on standby & I can't recharge unless the battery is at 0%.It's like taking Jenifer Aniston to bed and finding out she's got a S.T.I. Manufacture date is 07W42.Thanks for any useful replies.

i just got mine, it's havana bronze, no flaws so far....the shuffle thing works just fine
