Hi guys
I have a real problem with my phone data cable wich is not been picked up by any computer, I have tried a different cable and it did not work as well but according to some advise that I received it's apparently a virus in my K800i. I had a virus before in my memory card and all I did was just delete, but if I receive a missed call from any land line no or mobile then it does not reflect on my missed call menu, it's always clear reading no missed call.
Can anybody help me pls, I still like my phone

viruses cant affect your phone., there is no virus available for k800i., a virus for Microsoft Windows will only work on a computer with a windows OS

yeah, it's not a virus, you have some other problem. Try cleaning the cable connector on the K800.

I've cleaned the cable moved to another PC, still it does not work! How about if I reset the phone will it solve anything!
