I tried using track ID in my w610 last few days, it records the sound and connects to gprs, then it just says :
" Requested URL could not be retrieved
while trying to retrieve the url:
http://msprod.extranet.sonyer[....]11773f898d47dfa60cfb35464c53f?
the following error was encountered:
Unable to determine IP address from host name for : msrprod.extranet.sonyericsson.com
the dns server returned:
No DNS records
this means that:
The cache was unable to resolve the host name presented in the URL.
check if the address is corrct.
your cache administrator is
admin@dialogwap-gw.com "
I have used it many times previously without any problem.
I checked gprs it works fine. i used the original internet browser came with phone, it also works fine(i can go to websites as usually). (dialog is my local mobile service provider)
I have updated firmware from Sony ericsson update service sometime back (about 1 month). There was not any problems so far. but im not sure whether i used TrackID after that update.
