Okay Ive tried to search but cant find anything that relates. Basically my phone is freezing as im typing texts, then itll come back to life and let me continue typing, it doesnt actually just switch off, the screen simple freezes. It will also freeze quite regularly and then crash.
My k850 is on orange with the latest firmware from the update on the phone. Any suggestions

Have you turned off the orange homescreen? That thing is the most useless peice of branding ever and causes so many problems.
