I'm usin' this handsfree with my
W890, but I cant control the phone from the handset at all. Somone with the same problem and what's the solution?

Try to do a full reset on the DS970: power on and keep holding the power button until you hear a beep. Then hold the answer button while you power off. Then pair the headset to the phone again.
