The demo tour has been deleted from my phone from the entertainment menu. I have downloaded the video from Sony Ericsson but can not send it to the entertainment menu so i do not get the message appear saying that it has been deleted.
Please help !

Move the file to the videos folder in the phone memory (not memory card) and just do a settings reset, as opposed to reset all in the master reset menu.

Demo tour video or Demo tour ? have tried both but still says has been deleted from your phone.

Follow ocean21's spelling.
Make sure you paste the file directly to the videos folder in the phone memory before you reset. If you made a new folder in the videos folder and placed the file there, the phone will not be able to link the shortcut to the file after resetting.
Choose "reset settings" and not "reset all". When only the settings are reset, your files will be left untouched.

Have followed the instructions but no joy stiil get the message in the Entertainment menu the demo tour has been deleted from your phone.
The demo tour file information i have is
Name Demo tour
File size 1.9MB
Length 00.38
Video size 320*240
Codec AAC
Type MP4
Distribution Unlimited
Any more ideas

I have always done the process I mentioned right after every instance that I've totally reset my T650i. It has worked everytime.
