Hi Guys,
I have a brand new W960i but cant get the PC Suite to syncronise. Basically i connect by bluetooth or USB and it says phone is connnected but when I click to sync it does nothing, i also cant get in the settings for sync.
I am connecting in phone mode so have no idea what the problem is here.
Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi thanks for that - some great tips.
I have tried everything you suggested and still cant get the Sync to work. It just does nothing when I press the buttons - cant even get into the sync settings.

Try to download the latest version of PC Suite for Smartphones on SE homepage. The version is 1.5.8. The one before was 1.4.4.
