i have this problem whenever i flash my K810 into R8BA024 main and FS.. on a standby mode out of no where my phone flashes a white screen and reboots itself.. it also happens whenever im sending a text message.. and its too annoying..

on the other hand, whenever i flashed my phone with the R1KG001 main and FS.. im not encountering any of these problems.. my phone is working smoothly with this main and FS..

is it a firmware problem? can somebody tell me the cause of it??

maybe downloading another set of R8BA024 main&fs will help.

maybe is the main n fs problem... try redownload the main n fs..

i have downloaded the
K810_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_SM_RED52 main and K810_R8BA024_FS_APAC_RED52 FS

should i use the same custpack for APAC or should i use the custpack for my region..

BTW my phone's CDA is generic trade hongkong..

i also weird... i reflash my phone and update to CID53 sometimes my k810 also will reboot... like your situation... but it dint ask for password and pin number when reboot... tell me when u flashed main and fs weather it still reboot or not
