im currently resetting the phone..
currently it shows PLEASE WAIT for almost 20 minutes now..
i dont know if its still resetting or if it froze. although when i press any buttons the leds would light up..
does it really take this long to reset the phone?
btw, i went to SETTINGS > RESET > RESET ALL..

wow... i never had experiences like that. but in my experiences it only takes about 30-60 second. maybe u should try to put off the batere - insert. then try to reset all again. hope can help.
