> K800i problem > "Write Message" option missing

I've used the search but no problem that matches the one I've had, so thought I would register
I have been using my k800i on Orange (contract) and it got disconnected last night. Every option worked fine before. However, I placed my other Orange contract SIM in it today to use it for the first time, only when I go to messages on my mobile and go to "Write New". It comes up with only "picture message", "voice message", "E-mail" but no SMS ??!!! I recieve messages fine, and can read them, only the SMS message seems to be missing or invisible. Is there something that maybe the service provider has restricted with the SIM card? It's a £35 per month Dolphin which allows unlimited txt's, and the mobile itself worked fine with the other Orange contract SIM, so I'm confused. My guess is that when they made my other SIM inactive on the mobile itself last night before I replaced it, it kind of knocked some option off maybe? Any help would be appreciated

Call 150 from your Orange Mobile phone - amd ask the CSR for 'SIM-Updates' - they will send them out, read and delete - then switch off your phones, and back on again - and you'll be fine!
