Hi,

I upgraded the software on my Sonyericsson G900 via the update service software. The upgrade runs just fine and was completed.

To my problem now, after I have upgraded the software I saw a strange thing under the "Contacts" menu, at the right side in the display (in middle) there is an little black "arrow". This "arrow" was not there before I upgrade.

Has my phone been broken or could this be a graphic bug? it's only arise in contacts, not in the other menu's

Yeah, it appears everytime you enter a text box for the purpose of handwriting recognition. Any alphabet you write below the arrow line will be in lower case, anything on the arrow line itself will be in caps and numbers/certain symbols are recognized on top of the arrow line.

OK, so this "arrow" in contacts is just normal, but way does it only appear in contacts?

It appears whenever you are accessing a field that can be typed, in this case in Contacts it is the find textbox

it will take about 1-2 years to see g900 in turkey^^. it will be just a dream for me.
