well i have ipaq pocket pc 3870 from a year now
so i guess getting a pocket pc is completly different than p800
first pocket pc is an ordinary computer
but p800 is a phone with camera built in and computer related
i use my ipaq with t68i for gprs internet
well if u want to have something good for use
get p800
and if u have more money get the pocket pc and the p800
but be carefull
when u want to buy a pocket pc get it Arm or xcale
cause all games and programes usaly made for this cpu's
