Is it possible for me to claim on a warranty that ma hav come with the phone whch i dont no about-like a standard one year waranty which would like mee send it to SE for them to repair my joystick-which isnt going down properly then for me to pay jack squidly squat-is it even possible to have this problem fixed

Take it to a carphone wharehouse service centre. Most of the out of town ones are.
They might have to send it away, but at least you will get it fixed.
