well my 5610 (nokia) is currently dead as the screen has stopped working...
at first the screen changed colours and went back to front
and now it jus boes black and lights up white at times.

i think it is a software problem as this has happrnd before but it has only lasted for around 30 seconds.

and this phone has always crashed so therefore i think i need new firmware or a reflash..

any suggestions on how to reflash or update firmware .. thanks

visit a nokia shop ( or a mobile shop, if u have no warranty ) independent mobile shop should have the right tools for a downgrade, like mt or jaf box

u could flash it only if u have the right tools ( boxes like mt or jaf ) nsu wont do it for u. and yes, if u have no warranty, u have to pay in the service
