Hi Guys,
Am struggling to update the software on this. Am using the SE update service and it tells me to hold c down while plugging the usb in. It sits for a while and does nothing, and onscreen the update service goes back to the start.
any ideas?

Make sure that you start pressing the c button 'before' you connect the usb cable to your device. Otherwise your phone will not enter the flash mode.
Then check if 'Installing drivers...' pops up on your pc when you connect your device.
If not try using another usb port.
