Im trying to completely wipe my music from my phone to start over, and I can do in the File Manager section. And then when I press 'update music' on the walkman, all the songs go but the Artists n Albulms stay. So I have 250 artist names in the walkman, with even more Albulms contained within them, but with absolutely no music on it.
How can I get read of these so my Walkman is clear of it all?
Id also preferably not like to reset my phone back o factory settings because I need to keep everything else on the phone.

maybe u have some folders with the artist names ?
