> K850i muting during call?
Bookmark topic
I've recently noticed that whilst I'm on the phone to someone on my K850i, every so often the phone will go all silent/mute on me where I can't hear anything, and lasts for about a second or two, making me sound like an idiot shouting out 'HELLO' to which the other person replies as though 'what's up'?
I used to think it was my mothers phone because that's when I first heard it and the only time, but then it happened when I was on the phone to someone else earlier.
I have the latest firmware - could it be a faulty phone or the network? Never had a problem with o2 before though, and hope it isn't the phone as I bought it off ebay about a month ago.

It might be the other persons or your phone losing signal for a second?

Shouldn't be, I live in the city and always have full signal - same goes with the person I was referring to. My mother however does live in a slightly small place - but still never had the problem before.

Had that happen once to me, I was tethered to my laptop for a few hours, via bluetooth, using it as a modem. Then I walked outside (after I properly disconnected the two devices), and went over to my friend's work. I played some games on my phone for about 30 minutes, and browsed the internet on Opera. While sitting outside, she called me, I was able to pick up, but she couldn't hear me, and I couldn't hear her. Not sure why this happened.

Well, it's still happening - on some calls. I had a 37 minute call earlier and didn't happen once! It might certainly be down to network and their phones afterall?
However, I decided to part with the phone before it happened to get worse, and also the touch sensitive 'back' button started going on it's own whenever I pressed any other button.
Bought myself a W910i instead. Has nearly all the same features of what I read except for the camera obviously - which I use a digital camera for my photo needs. Looks quite decent too - got it cheap so should be worth it.
Thanks for all your help though!
