Hi,
I need to buy some in-ear earphones, and would very much like to hear if anyone has some recommendations.
I use a pair of Sennheiser PXC 300 noise cancelling headphones
when I take a flight, or other long journey, but I find them too cumbersome to use on the tube.
I would like some in-ear earphones, which:
i) have a good tight fit (in order to block out as much outside noise as possible on the tube)
ii) have good clarity
iii) have good bass.
Ofcourse, I know that Shure et al are brilliant, but I don't want to spend £300-400 on some earphones that I only use briefly in the mornings.
I have been looking at the Sennheiser CX300 (as I'm very happy with my other Sennheisers)
However, I wonder if they are any good (since they're so cheap (£16.99 at play.com)
If anyone has any experience with in-ear earphones, and can give me a recommendation or any other comment, I'd be really greatful.

The only pair of in-ear headphones i've had are from Bose. I hated them at first as the felt uncomfortable but after trying the various tips they work a treat. Very stable especially when exercising. I can't offer much input into the bass side of things as i only really use them with my iPhone when at the gym and when i'm out. There pretty good so much so that i've decided to get the around ear headphones also from Bose.

cx300`s FTW, fantastic clarity with good bass. been using them for over 12 months now and they continue to impress. If you buy off ebay ensure they are originals tho
