i am usin p1i,when i try to install a software i cannot install it and the phone will say a required capability is not signed for.why was that?anyone can help me?

It means that some resourse on your phone that the software needs has not been signed for when the software was created. I'd contact the writer of the software and try to obtain a copy that has been granted all it's required capabilities.
or you can try swmail's hack to allow unsigned .sis files to be installed, it is quite complicated though, if you're not very experienced with computers.
