I'm willing to know.
There are a lot of java apps for that purpose but none of them simply can make any difference: they just works good for chat, im, etc
try to go to
www.getjar.com to download and test some of them.

Shapeservices offers a Skype J2ME app, for a fee:

I'm going to give that a try, although I've heard that this works as a client, with your computer acting as a server.

wHY on EARTH do you want to do this? You're STILL using the 3G network which most likely has a VoIP in the backbone on the switch. However to install an application just so someone can contact you or vice-versa is strange when you can just DIAL the phone number.

the answer...
1. not all of us paying the same rate all over the world.
2. data bundles are cheaper where i leave... normal phone call cost (0.3$ a min)
3. we don't have video call.
4. I'm phoning a lot overseas.
5. for my (not rich) friends to phone me.
good enough?
