I have been trying to get into modding lately and I have had great help and advice so far. but as someone who is new to modding I am not fully up to speed and confidence yet
I have found the hardest thing to find is the right files, fs, firmwares, step by step guides, tutorials, menu icons, etc...
So I was wondering if it would be just as easy to have a post where if you search you can find everything that you need in one post instead of spending hours looking for thing your not to sure about what you need
This would also be helpful to new people too I think
example;;; I have a k800 and have been told to flash my fs to fix my problem but which fs is the right one where do I get it I don't know yet I'm still learning and reading all the info I can find.
So I want to know your view
should we have a general thread that is for links etc... to that fs, firmwares, icons, program etc...
like a k800 post just on where to find those thing we are looking for????
{I only used a k800 as example as thats what I have no other reason}

As alot of the stuff will be links to Warez and cracked stuff, Unfortunately Esato does not condone that.

Well I am not sure about the SE flashing scene and how it has progressed, been a long time since I looked into it. But the Nokia side of things prior to the NSU been released you needed to use Phoenix which required a cracked dongle.

see that's just it I know nothing about nokias can you do the same things with them as SE? and is it hard to find stuff if you have never done anything wuth them before?

I agree it would be much easier, but I think you will find no disrespect to esato but there are other websites much more dedicated to such stuff, and you probably get much more support. For obvious reasons I can post links here but just google around the ones you found already you will strike gold.

you make a very valid point one I did not really consider too well maybe but you also need to know exactly what to search for i my case I have been looking for a generic fs for my SE k800 and I have read that I also need the main to flash my phone I have found some but I am not 100% sure if they are the ones I need
