I used to love my k750i with w800i firmware, that is until an tube of superglue exploded all over the keypad :S
I'm looking for something similar to that phone now but with some added features:
- Cam with autofocus
- Walkman function or very good media player
- HSDPA or maybe UMTS but HSDPA preferred
- Radio
- A2DP support
Thats about it, I spend hours on the SE site but I can't seem to find anything that matches my needs. The w610i and w810i come very close but lacks HSDPA/UMTS, then there're the w850i and w880i which has UMTS but not auto focus. How hard can it be to find a phone that ticks all above boxes? Experts tell me what I'm overlooking here, there must be a phone that will suit me, walkman or k-series is both good as the firmwares seem pretty interchangeable; converting k-series to w-series in a breeze. Cheers.

Yes there is. The K850i. If autofoucs is not important then W910i.

I'm reading many problems with the k850i here, BROD, dust behind camera lense and lag issues. I'm using a 2nd hand z610i for now, which is not perfect but it will do until I make up my mind. I've bought a k800i the other day and returned it because the screen was very dull compared to my current phone. I will get some live demo of the k850i in CPW or some other shop.

We are many who's been on the same quest as you blerk.
I have been waiting for a replacement for my W800 for a loooong time. I finally gave up last week and bought a Nokia N82 instead.

Maybe we are too picky, or got spoiled with the k750i/w800i and even older models. I remember one of my first phones t100i which survived a full force throw against the wall and many many drops on the floor and later my t610i who also suffered a lot both kept working fine, my t100i is still working fine, but my t610i lost from super glue
I guess I'll wait a little more and check out some of the thing suggested here, tho I can't see myself buying a k850i given all the problems reported here and on some other forums, specially the BROD and dust issues scare me away from it.
