MTN Swaziland has implemented a calling discount to all pay as you go customors. This discount depends on what time is it and where exactly are you. It only works for locall calls. At most its 60% discount but recently at night after elleven you can get up to 95% which is about 0.01 cents per second. Remember it depends on where you are and what time is it. I dont know if it works the same way with other mtn networks in other countries.

This was introduced in SA last year and is known as the MTNZone. It depends on the network traffic...if the traffic is low the discounts are greater to encourage people to call. You can see your cells network traffic through the phone's cell info display on your handset.
