Hello guys,
i just got my hands on my new p1i, and installed the pc suite and seus as well, directly from the website.
But when i launch the seus, i get an error msg : "the application was unable to connect to server. please verify your internet connection..."
My internet connection is fine, i'm not behin a proxy, my firewall is disabled, and i use a simple nat modem router.
I'm new to the whole SE firmware upgrade thing and i feel stuck already :/
If anyone had any idea on this issue or some hints, it would be much appreciated!

Of course the server could simply be offline, hmm - just tried it, and it's working here (uk)....
Did you download the latest version of SEUS from SE's site?
Oh, when you say your firewall's disabled - did that include the built in windows firewall?
One more thing, if you're not using IE as your deafult browser, SEUS may be using it's connection settings (IE's) which may not be set up correctly - If you are using IE and/or it works then discount this.
