hello, i just bougth a k850 and the shorcut key isnt working, i dont know if is a firm problem or get back to warranty, it came with R1CA037, thanks and sorry for my english

The phone being activated would not have anything to do with this. I have put a non-active SIM in and could use the phone fully, minus the phone, obviously.
