your the one who is going to be using it..... so, you need to decide....
i mean..... what if we all told you to get the brown, and you went and bought it, but didnt like it?
personally i prefer the red, which is the one i bought....

I think you've got to decide the colour on your own dude. Its to your own preference. Personally i like the dark brown. Then again, the red phone looks pretty good too.

its more of a maroon (dark cherry?) red. BUT! The colour changes ever so slightly in different lighting conditions....
go with either colour, im sure you will be happy which ever way you go.
