I got my k800i unlocked in Oz for a global sim, since then it hasn't picked up a network, apart from once in Spain. I am now back in the UK using an o2 sim but still no network, the phone is basically useless and I can't afford to buy a new one, there is no sony ericsson shop nearby either! the settings for internet, picture messaging etc have been wiped too, I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it...any ideas?

Try a master reset , if that does not help try flashing it with Phone XS. Forum has the threads for flashing.
