Hello people, I was recomended to join this site so I get my answer from the professional probplem solvers here.
The fact of the matter about my phone is that i cant hear sound from the
phone's speaker when i'm playing music or when a call is coming. i can only hear sound with the help of the earpiece. Please help me ..

Man, TAKE OUT earphones from your phone to talk through the speaker!

It coulbe that they mean that the speaker doesn't work at all, if this is the case, and a master reset/format/reflash doesn't help, then you'll have to take it to be fixed at a service centre.

Or use the transfer sound feature. Comes up at least from the audio volume dialog when playing music. And when the phone call is ongoing, from the menu.
