Hey, I want to update my W800i firmware, so I downloaded the update service app. from the SE website and started it up. It then downloaded the newest updates and when it was finished I chose my phone and started following the steps.

OK so I come to the step where I have to hold the "c" button and plug in the USB cable to my phone, but then the phone starts up and asks me for a pin!!! If anyone knows what to do, any replies would be apreciated!!!

Download XS++ 3.1 from www.se-nse.com and the firmware files from www.topse.ru, and flash it through XS++ 3.1. Search se-nse, there are alot of guides

Thanx for all the help, I fixed the problem. It was my stupid anti virus, but I also downloaded xs++ 3.1 and I plan on starting playing around with it (first I'm gonna get a proper guide)
