G900 Video review

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jloGPLASuWA

Conclusion

sony Ericsson G900. It is a touch screen smart phone running under Symbian, even it does not look like one. The phone is very simple, without anything impressive. The facade doesn’t catch your eye too. Actually the mobile looks cheaper than it has to. The surprise here is that there is nothing new in this mobile. It has 5 mega pixel camera but without xenon flash light and seems not to operate as a real 5 mega pixel camera. If we have to be frank – the camera is not what we expected. But I’m little confused what to tell you, because it is suppose to be a high class device, but… Well, it is small, it is smart phone and compare to my old P990i – yes, it is more elegant, but if you compare it to the real competition…. Well, there is no room for a comparison at all.

In conclusion our team think that this model of Sonny Ericsson is late with its appearance on the market with at least one year. The current price of this gadget is about 370 euro. Our personal opinion is that for this money this cell phone definitely is not a good choice.

I dont get the rant about camera. Its a simple looking smartphone, not a camera phone. I hate it when people bring the camera into everything. There's life beyond that as well.
As for the price, it'll come down as it has in the past for all SE smartphones.

Oh how nice, he compares it to a computer mouse.

Quite obvious he didn't know what he was doing, too, though. Ah well. Glad you posted it. Adds to your history of useless posts.

Yeah!

I don't normally get involved in these kinds of threads but having read the review earlier, I've been itching to say that any review that begins with the words:

"Hi mobile fans. You are about to see a video review if this cell phone – Sonny Ericsson G900."

Is not exactly what you'd call reliable.

And I'm not talking about the grammatical correctness of the English here, I'm talking about the way that they couldn't even be bothered to make sure that they spelled "Sony Ericsson" right!

Was the review written in another language and translated to english? The qulaity of the grammer and spelling is really poor and Spelling Sony (which is spelt the same in all languages) several times is a bit concerning for such a large brand.
Its not exactly a comprehensive review.

^^
Not everyone in the worlds speaks, english. But the important thing is the content of the review rather than spelling used or way of pronunciation. As long as the information provided is understandable than, i dont think its a quite a big problem, which i think of most of us can understand. They might not be familiar with english . But they might be good in reviewing the phones
There are many non native english reviewers who are good in reviewing phone, but don't know how to spell english. But they do there best to speak & translate to make sense with the review , which i think is not bad imo.

Either way, I would hardly call that video a review.

I understand that they might not have english as a native language and can excuse spelling/ grammer on that basis but not being able to spell the brand name ( that is on the front of the phone) wrong is not good.
All they seem to have reviewed is the camera and left the rest of the phone (and it is a phone mainly).

that mistake is just incompetance in my opinion, and that does not bode well for the content of the review.
