Hi all

Can anyone help me please. Got the w890i a couple of months back but in the last week it is rebooting itself and then unable to find the sim. it is asking me to input the sim card or i can view the demo. I have tried upgrading it in the last couple of days but that doesnt seem to have made any difference at all. I have tried taking the sim out and putting it back in but that is not doing anything either

Have you tried the sim card in another phone to make sure it's not a problem with the card

yeah have given this a go and it works first time in mine.
tried using a different sim in my phone too and it still comes up with the message that it cant find the sim

might give orange a call and ask for a new phone rather than flashing it

Well that's OK... If they agree with you for a new phone, it would be the best option
