how can i resolve this? I have a k810i unit and i have tried to update the software twice using use but i still have the same results. do you know any other way to fix this and for free. I'm from the philippines. thanks

You need to customise your phone with a program such as xs++. After connecting to your phone to xs ++ a cust pack can be downloaded (from se-nse, 4shared ect) and then uploaded to tpa/preset/custom with file system explorer in xs++. Also remember to unzip the cust pack first, otherwise it will not work.

There are also a number of tutorials on this procedure, on sites such as se-nse and also here on esato.

This works with CID49/51/52 phones... CID53 is not supported by XS++ so you have to use jdflasher if your phone is CID53
