i have a software problem in w890i SE doesnt have a software upgrade for it .sometimes the speaker doesnt , sometime the phone shuts off .I'm thinking of replacing from sony ericsson to samsung .Se use to be number one now its economy phone SE doent care about its customers as much as its bussiness.

doesn't care for their customers... The W890 and other A200 phones are acting like that because they have firmwares that contain bugs...
are working on firmware updates to fix that problem... These bugs are result of the new platform.
