I have a SE W960i and downloaded a few games but nine contained a .jar file just about 30 other files see screenshot how do i make this work on my w960i?

The archive you have opened is the .jar file. Your WinRAR settings are adjusted to automatically open .jar files like .rar archives. So copy the archives to your phone (the .rar/.jar ones) and install them.
