At least the one I got did - Hurrah no Orange branding rubbish.

BTW this is the second phone I've got from the Orange retention department in the recent past that's had generic fimware. I wonder if they've finally twigged that most 'savvy' users hate their shite customisation and have acted to accommodate?

I recently got the Nokia N95 8GB on Orange. Again, minimal Orange branding and what there was could almost entirely be god rid of with a few tweeks in the settings menu... perhaps they really have got the message at long last.

This is good news i detest box branding. Perhaps its Orange's new Chief Executive listening and giving customers what they do and dont want. Who knows time will tell. Its good to see no branding but im surprised at the unlocked thing.
