Hi, my phone is S500 and i forgot my lock code
default code is 0000 but i cant remember my code
is there any way to unlock it ?

Connect your phone to XS++, go to the GDFS tab, and select the "read phone lock code" option. Then as your phone is DB2020, your phone lock code will be set to 0000 again.

Or just connect your phone to XS++ and don't do anything else.

Just wait until initialization is finished and check for:

'And your phone lock code is.....'

Should be one of the last few rows at the bottom.

And is it hard to use? maybe harm the phone? you know what i mean ?
or easy ? can you learn me the program then? is it .exe file? just install it and run it then connect s500 via usb to pc ?
then the application change the lock code to 0000 itself ?

its very easy to use.. it's an .exe file. it wont harm your phone (unless you delete something in the filesystem) but, honestly, its very easy to use..
