I've been very fustrated with settings arriving to my phone with this support site since my K850i upgrade to R1F037.

So after numerous trys on my home PC & my PS3's browser (thinking different IP's will be logged to and thus no restrictions would be made to the same cellline), I figured try their live support chat.

Agent Melany: If they dont work you will need to contact your carrier to get the manual settings
Donny Sangster: THanks for those links .. unfortunately the manual settings they have are VERY limiting and are set in such a way that only the older SE phones would work with their guide. The K850i's Internet setup when doing manually is set pretty strange.

Donny Sangster: My Push & Cell Info & Area Info settings are all set to ON and Allow from all senders as well.
Donny Sangster: Last question Melany, is there a limite (daily, weekly, monthly) that I can send these settings to my mobile # ??
Agent Melany: Not a limit but if you send to many settings you will have to delete old ones.

Now usually it takes under 5mins - which is when this chat ended - to arrive yet I'm not receiving them as I've tried & failed for the past 8days. I'm selecting Canada & provider Rogers Wireless and varying phones to no avail. At least the rep provided answers and a direct site address without the phone name being within it like i see on my PC. My Area Info, Push Msg set to allow, and Cell Info are ALL set to ON/Allow from ALL Senders. Yet still Nothing.

I put in Rogers WAP settings so on device browsing does work. So its not a phone internet connection issue - I do see the 3G icon.
