can somebody help me?

whiile connecting airtel-gprs i get error msg

"SYSTEM COULD NOT UPDATE PHONEBOOK FILE"

I am using k750, airtel has sent me all the settings still the problem persists.

suggestions would give me some more ideas to resolve the problem.
