i have got background music when people ring me. they can hear the standard fone tone waiting to be answered, but also MarkRonson 'stop me' ...... i really want to remove this but don't know how?????? please help its drivein all my mates mad

Thats to do with your service provider, not your phone. If somebody else had your number before you did, its likely they set it up (unless you set it up yourself).
Just call your service provider and tell them to get rid of it or change it.
