If you’ve ever tried juggling your cellphone while holding an umbrella, you’ll know that you’re more likely to stab yourself in the eye than successfully take a call. Still, Mikhail Stawsky’s Bluetooth Umbrella concept still looks pretty sweet; as well as doing the usual duties of keeping your head dry, the handle also contains a variety of Bluetooth hands-free gubbins.

Hahaha, that's a cool idea, but I just wonder if its worth it... I mean, how many hours of each day are spent holding an umbrella? Not many I would assume. And in most countries (except the UK) this will be entirely useless in the summertime.

Also, unless it is very windy I don't think it would be too hard to hold an umbrella and a phone at once. And if it was too windy, well it would still be useless because the wind would be blasting against the microphone, and it would probably make it impossible to hear anything too!

Maybe I'm being too critical...

Yeah, of course.

But even so, a concept should make sense even if it has not much chance of going to market.

well, we'd use it here for summer times and rainy days. the sun burns a lot in here and we're always complaining about it. and when it rains we usually dont have where to go.
