Changes:

I) Changing in a compression system of JPEG for less compresion and better quality:
1.1) Changing of percent of compression, less compression - better quality
1.2) Two levels of compression
- SuperFine compression: 450-900kb.
- Fine compression: 100-450kb.
(!Notice: Don't look at digital counter - he is always lying)
(!Notice: For hyman eye both levels of compression may be a similar.)
1.3) New buffer size.

II) Сhanging White balance:
2.1) Auto - for everyday situations.
2.2) Daylifht - for shooting of landscape at middle lighting.
2.3) Cloudy - for shooting of landscape at cloudy weather.
2.4) Fluorescent - for shooting of fluorescent lighting.
2.5) Incandescent - for shooting of incandescent lighting.

III) Videorecord:
3.1) Normal mode - 14-16fps.
3.2) Night mode - 6-8fps.

IV) The row of other changes:
4.1) New structure in driver.
4.2) New Jpeg header creation.
4.3) New Mirroring Macros and ISO.
4.4) Scaled-down time Power on and Power off.
4.5) Fixed Effects bug.

For those, who are not installed lng file:

2 MP - 1600х1200;
1 MP - 1280х960;
VGA - 640x480;
Normal - Fine;
Fine - SuperFine.

Upload camdriver to (with flasher, folder not visible in FileManager):
IFS/SETTINGS/CAMERA

Upload language file to:
TPA/PRESET/SYSTEM/LANGUAGE

Install the graphic patch with JD Flasher or with a Setool Lite.
NOTICE: a patch may coflict with other GFX pathces!

- Fine compression: 350-500kb;

II) Scenes (for a place of White balance):
2.1) Auto - for everyday situations;
2.2) Sunny Landscape - for shooting of landscape at very contrastive sunlights;
2.3) Cloudy Landscape - for shooting of landscape at cloudy weather;
2.4) Twilight Landscape - For shooting in twilight in the street;
2.5) Room - For shooting in a room with lamp illumination.

III) Real Colours™:
3.1) Parametre Real Colours ™ is established as addition to the disconnected effects and serves for the best colour rendition.

IV) Videorecord:
4.1) Normal mode - 14-16fps;
4.2) Night mode - 7-8fps;
4.3) Fixed Night mode bug in video;
4.4) Added SENSOR_30FPS_SVGA_MODE, SENSOR_15FPS_UXGA_MODE и FRAME_RATE_30_FPS, For increase Bitrate.

V) ISO:
5.1) In phones with matrix OmniVision 2640 (K610i, Z710i, W710i, W850i, W880i, W660i, W910) ISO a auto;
5.2) The value ISO there is less, the it is less than noise on the image, but it is required bigger quantity of light, the endurance increases;
The more value ISO, the less is required light, the endurance decreases a little, but the quantity of noise increases.
5.3) Values ISO in HeMo's Camdriver 3.0 from 100 to 800.

VI) The row of other changes:
6.1) New structure in driver;
6.2) New Brightness propert;
6.3) New Levels Color Correction Normal/High/Low;
6.4) New Jpeg header creation;
6.5) New Mirroring Macros;
6.6) New Lens correction;
6.7) Scaled-down time Power on and Power off.

a picture take until 900kb, less less less compression comparison the original.

i found v4.0 somewhere else and this driver is really, really good. thanks a lot for sharing!

@HeMo:
would it be possible to make a driver with very low iso settings, like maybe an upper limit of 200, to avoid noise as much as possible...?
