Anybody succeed hiding private files in A200 phones (K660, G700, etc.)?
My G502 Media Manager always shows every pictures and videos which i hide...
Already try to hide it with Opera mini mod and Mini Commander just like i did in my K610 but still no good sign of it. Even the phone won't let me to change the file properties to unreadable...
Anybody have a clue?
Regards...

I'm sure you are aware, but I'll say it anyway. The G700 isn't an A200 phone. It is Symbian UIQ. DarkKrypt's solution might work (I haven't checked) but his is also not an A200 phone.

Just so you know mate.

Thx 4 the info Muhammad Oli, i've managed to hide them. I use minicommander to zip all private files and when i want to view it i just open the zip and preview it straight from mini commander and i can send it to by extracting the which file i want with the app and send it.
Sorry 4 my english.

google FileProtect. it's a java app. you can encrypt files (not folders).
it's not perfect app but it works (just). you can p/word protect files.

@groovepeppy
Is MiniCommander a freeware? Would you kindly post the download link here as I want to download it right away from my Opera Mini?
Terima kasih.

I hide some files by attaching them into a mail and save the email as draft. Once done I delete the files from the File Manager
I view the videos by going into Emails - Manage Files - Drafts
I hope this helps

Oh I forgot to mention
Create a second email profile and switch to it so that the phone does not show the emails from the default profile (the one which contain drafts with the attachments).
