i didnt know what to post for my first post here so i would just like to start by saying hi. i finally registered to esato. ive been visiting the site since december 2001. i got my P800 a couple days ago and am happy with it
i hope i will be able to help here as much as all of you helped me just from reading your posts

one thing i realized about this board compared to others is that there are more nice people here than most other places keep up the good work

@Naar, Welcome, a good idea for a second post would be to give details of what you paid for your P800 & give a link or phone number of retailer, because lots of us cannot buy it in our own countries.
I agree with you that this forum has a nice bunch of people on it.

my mom got it from the UAE for around 3000DHS which is about $900.
i got it as a present from my mom
(yes i know im lucky) and thats all she knows since her friend from there sent it to us so her friend knows
but on the back of the battery there is a sticker for juma al majid if that helps i think its a name for a store there

im from Kuwait but i travel around often and have sim cards from different countries...
youll most likely see me talk about T-mobile US as im there often than in kuwait
