Hello everyone.
I searched through the forums bbut couldn't get what i wanted so making a new topic about it.
I have SE W550i.
But it has some serious problems.
Its too slow plus for eg: i had a text message, I deleted it. often that text message is re-appeared and i have to delete it again. Some times it shows the new text messages as the old messages which i have already deleted.
Secondly its Walkman. I have the original handsfree but the output result is not clear. music is made on layers of vocals and instruments. in this case, some layers seem to disappear when i plug in the handsfree but if i listen to music without handsfree, its ok.
Kindly guide me what could be the problem here.
I showed it to some cell phone repair people but no one seem to satisfy me in these regards, one of the guys said that it could be the curroption of its software.
I checked the software ver installed on my w550. it shows:
CXC 1250031 R4CB020000000
kindly help me out pls...

i downloaded the SEUS
I ran it. it installed new formware for w550i
but i didnt format my phone before running the setup.
after the process completed, my messages and phone book was in the phone.
i need to ask is this enough or should i first format my phone completely?
and if yes, then how to format it?

ok i just tested, i still seem to face the same sms error. i can see old deleted sms replacing a new sms.
