> recover a cut file ??

so i made a back up of .y contacts and cut the file of my memory card and placed it on my desktop on the pc, some stupid reason i deleted it and cant get it back, is there a sony ericsson memory card manager or file program available, i lost around 300 contacts oops

Active@ File Recovery....it recovers deleted files.i used it recently and it worked.
