Recently I've become aware of a lot of things that I didn't notice a few years ago, so I've decided to "go healthy".

Now, one thing I've notice is that I don't sit properly... anywhere. I don't wanna be a hunchback so I was wondering if any of you and give me some "posture pointers". I've googled "how to sit properly" but I would like some, lets say, personal tips.

My posture isnt perfect so my mum took me to an osteopath and he said you should have a chair that supports your whole back and doesnt make you want to lean forward or anything, and then have your head nice and high up and your shoulders back so you dont slouch
