So I picked up an unbranded k810 to replace the w950 and I've been trying to get the internet and MMS setting right all morning. I went to the SE site to get the setting sent to me and the U.S. support site doesn't let me do anything, it says "You are not allowed access to this page"
So I tried the UK site and the problem there is it won't let me select Tmobile as a US carrier. This USED to work well.
And in Tmobile site the newest SE model that you can get settings sent to you is the T610 and when I try to send those settings the site says "ERROR'
What the hell?
And I haven't found Tmobile USA manual settings that work for k810i yet....

I was just about to do that but I messed around on the Canadian and US support SE site and I managed to quickly hit the STOP button on the browser before the "404 Page not found, you have no right to look at this page BS..... blah blaah" and I managed to find the correct settings.
In the US site Tmobile was not displayed until I clicked "Click here for a more comprehensive list of carriers". Tmob was there and it let me choose the k810 even tho that it is not available in the US.
Weird. Not sure why I had to jump through hoops and why they had to change the support site alll up....

And it is kind of pathetic, no, really pathetic that the LATEST SE model that Tmob USA has support for is the T610... my first SE phone and only branded SE phone....
