Everyone ready for a laugh with this one? I've just bought a Siemens S55 from Phones4U with a Vodafone network but I've found that Vodafone aren't planning on supporting the phone until late Jan so they won't give me the settings for GPRS, MMS, Email, etc.

Someone has sorted me out with the GPRS & MMS settings on a newsgroup but is there any chance someone could have a scan over these settings to see if I'm on the right track please? I've gone through the activation process with Vodafone so it should just be settings now.

* Email Set Up Options:
Accounts (Vodafone Email)

* User Settings:
Provider: Vodafone
User Name: Stevie (is this just the name to appear on emails as user id is
below?)
Email Address: Vodafone Mail address (eg anything@vodafone.net)
Reply to address: as above
User Id: Vodafone Mail user name
Password: Vodafone Mail password

*Mail settings
Download mails smaller than 8 kb
Leave on server: yes
Types: Pop3
Pop3 server: pop.vodafone.net (does this need the http:// in front of it?)
Pop3 port: 110
SMTP Server: smtp.vodafone.net (as above with http:// ?)
SMTP Port: 25
SMTP authentication : No

* Connectivity settings for mail
APN: wap.vodafone.co.uk
Login: user@vodafone.net
Pass: user
DNS1: all 0's
DNS2: all 0's

Finally, do I need to worry about what is in the CSD settings as long as
GPRS is enabled?
