after connecting my link up cable to my k800i,
the phone has now resetted itselfs and remained on a screen which i can only describe and the themes background picture with select and info at either side of the screen.
none of the buttons works, and after turning off phone and removing battery, and then switching back on, phone remains in frozen state!
has this happened to any1 b4?

This is firmware bug, must flash with XS++ (
do NOT update via SEUS, because then you have CID 53 and cann't apply patches, cann't Back up/Restore GDFS, cann't Repair your EROM ).
Last SW for K800 is R8BF003. Just connect to XS++ and copy log here, then can say what flash files you need.
